nJob Summary:
nResponsible for achieving primary and secondary sales targets for Building materials/ steel / TMT bars in the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and dealers, expanding the customer base, developing relationships with builders, contractors, and retailers, and driving market growth.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales targets (primary & secondary).n
- Manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.n
- Appoint new channel partners and expand market coverage.n
- Conduct regular market visits to generate business.n
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, and influencers.n
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.n




- Ensure timely collections, stock availability, and order execution.n
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records.n

nQualifications:

- n
- Graduate in any discipline .n
- Minimum 25 years of experience in TMT, Steel, Cement, or Building Materials sales.n
- Robust communication, negotiation, and channel sales skills.n
- Knowledge of the Chennai market is preferred.n
