n About the Role
n
nTigerwings Aviation Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their career interests, and guide them about our aviation and related training programs.
nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate admissions leads.n
- Explain aviation courses, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities and admission procedures.n
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.n
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into admissions.n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.n
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission targets.n




- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely information.n
- Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.n

nRequirements

- n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Good command of English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.n
- Confident, persuasive and customer-focused approach.n
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.n
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced setting.n
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.n
