n Role Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE)



to join our sales team in Chennai.
n
nThe ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, tele-sales or lead generation, with strong experience in cold calling and prospecting.
n
nThe primary responsibility will be to identify potential business clients, generate qualified leads, conduct outbound calls, understand client requirements, present relevant UWS services and convert prospects into meetings and sales opportunities.
n
nThis is a 100% work-from-office role at our Velachery, Chennai office.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n1. B2B Lead Generation
nIdentify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries and markets.
nBuild and maintain targeted prospect lists.
nGenerate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email and other sales channels.
nIdentify decision-makers such as business owners, founders, directors and marketing managers.
