Job Description
Responsibilities:
nMinimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 500+ FTEs
nMinimum 10+ years of R2R/P2P/O2C experience is mandatory.
nDrive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
nIdentify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and recent business
nReview FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning
nResponsible for day to day deliverables in the US clients
nShould be ready to work in client specific shifts.
nIntegrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client
nResponsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels as agreed with the customer
nDrive & achieve productivity enhancements
