About the Role
ThatLifestyleCoach is looking for an experienced Freelance Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Consultant to help us plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

The objective of the role is to generate qualified leads, trials and paying customers at a commercially viable acquisition cost.

This is a project-based consulting role and not a full time or in-house position.
We are looking for someone who understands the complete customer acquisition journey — not just how to operate Meta Ads Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign StrategyFor each campaign, help define:
- Target audience
- Offer
- Campaign objective
- Funnel journey
- Budget
- Success metrics

The focus should be on the complete customer journey, not only ad performance.

2. Meta Ads ManagementOwn the setup and management of Meta campaigns, including:
- Campaign setup and execution
- Audience targeting
- Retargeting
- Budget allocation
- Testing and optimisation
- Monitoring performance
- Scaling successful campaigns

Funnel & Exly OptimisationRenewU and TLC currently use Exly for landing pages, CRM and payments.
The consultant will review the paid customer journey and recommend improvements to:
- Landing pages
- Offers and CTAs
- Lead forms
- Conversion journeys
- Checkout and registration flows

The role does not require building a new CRM or website.

4. Creative StrategyWork with our internal content team to identify the creatives required for paid campaigns, including:
- Hooks
- Ad angles
- Offers
- Testimonials
- Founder-led content
- Member/client stories
- Creative variations for testing

Our internal team will primarily handle creative production.

5. Tracking & PerformanceHelp track campaign performance across:
Meta → Exly → Lead / Purchase
Key metrics may include:
- Cost per lead
- Qualified leads
- Trials / consultations
- Cost per acquisition
- Purchases
- Revenue
- ROAS
