We're looking for a Content & Creative Associate who enjoys wearing multiple hats and loves turning meaningful work into compelling stories. This role is for someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, and help take Polygnan's stories to a wider audience. From social media and newsletters to programme reports, event materials, and website content, you'll play a key role in building Polygnan's digital identity and presence.

What You'll Do

Brand & Content Strategy

- Develop content strategies that strengthen Polygnan's brand and digital presence.
- Identify storytelling opportunities across programmes, events, and the organisation.
- Plan content calendars and campaigns across platforms.

Social Media & Digital Content

- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, the website, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Write both short-form and long-form content tailored to different audiences.
- Manage and grow Polygnan's digital presence across platforms.

Storytelling & Video

- Capture stories from the ground, including student journeys, mentor experiences, programme highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Support video content creation by ideating concepts, writing scripts, coordinating shoots, and assisting with production.

Reports & Communications

- Create programme reports that communicate outcomes, learnings, and impact in a clear and engaging way.




- Develop promotional materials for programmes, events, and campaigns.
- Manage and write newsletters and other organisational communications.

Collaboration & Coordination

- Work closely with the programme and operations teams to understand content requirements and deliver them effectively.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as designers, editors, photographers, videographers, and creative agencies whenever required.

Who We're Looking For

- A strong storyteller who can create content that captures both the heart of the story and its purpose.
- Excellent copywriting skills for both long-form and short-form content.
- Experience managing social media platforms and understanding what works across different channels.
- Basic design skills using Canva and a good visual eye for design and communication.
- Robust communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Someone who is proactive, takes ownership, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
- An interest in education and the social impact space.
