The idea candidate will have an extensive background in .NET Core, API Development, and Azure Cloud, all while having strong technical mentorship and communication abilities. Skills and Requirements - 15+ Years of software engineering experience - Advanced experience with .NET Core, C#, EF Core, ASP.NET, and API development - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures - Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and design patterns - Proven experience with technical mentorship and leadership in a technical environment - Robust articulation and ability to partner with global leadership - Industry experience in supply chain, distribution, or adjacent Recent experience driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Github Copilot, Cursor) through AI/Vibe Coding techniques
