Job Title: Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician
n Location: Gujarat (Preferred)

n Job Description:
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Structural Draftsman / CAD Technician with expertise in structural design and drafting. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting engineering or architectural firms, with a preference for industrial projects, including steel/PEB construction.
n Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Prepare detailed structural drawings and Good for Construction (GFC) documents in coordination with architects and engineers.n
- Work closely with architectural teams to understand design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.n
- Ensure seamless internal coordination between structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines at the schematic level.n
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp proficiently. Experience with additional graphic software is a plus.n
- Ensure compliance with applicable town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR).

- Assist in the preparation of client presentation materials and project documentation.n
- Maintain accuracy in detailing, material specifications, and construction processes.n
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting to meet project deliverables within deadlines.n

n Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering.n
- 2-5 years of experience in structural design and drafting within consulting engineering or architectural firms.n
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. n
- Experience with industrial projects, including steel/PEB construction, will be an added advantage.n
- Understanding of building construction elements, materials, and structural detailing. n
- Familiarity with town planning regulations and development control guidelines. n
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.n
