Intellistaff Services Pvt Ltd is looking for 2 experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Bangalore.
This is a full-time Work From Office opportunity based out of JP Nagar / Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore.
We are looking for recruiters who have strong experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, Naukri sourcing, technical screening and target-driven staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment for Permanent and Contract/C2H requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical skill validation.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for multiple IT requirements.
- Ensure minimum 8 quality submissions per day.




- Coordinate interviews and continuously follow up with candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
- Work towards onboarding and revenue targets.
- Handle niche and difficult-to-close IT requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Experience in sourcing and screening technical IT profiles.
- Positive understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Experience working on niche IT skills.
- Strong candidate follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach with proven submission and closure numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
