n• Conceptualizes design proposals with 3D design and strong presentations.
n• Technical proficiency to work on and release Good for Construction Drawings.
n• Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications.
n• Co-ordinating with the various consultants on the project team.
n• Proficient in AutoCAD & Sketch-Up. Revit is a plus.
nJob Requirements:
n• 2+ year's experience in the architectural industry.
n• Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
n• Valuable working attitude, proactive and self-starter.
n• Experience with Consultant coordination.
