nAbout the Role
nVisiLean is looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to support our growing sales operations across the Delhi–Gurugram–Noida region. This is a consultative, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of construction expertise and technology — you will be the person who earns client trust, understands their real project challenges, and demonstrates how VisiLean solves them.
nYou will work closely with the regional Sales team to drive opportunity conversion through compelling product demonstrations, structured solutioning, and meaningful client engagement. This is not a pure sales role — it demands someone who has worked in construction and can speak the language of planners, project managers, and site engineers with credibility.




nMandatory Requirements
nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture — no exceptions
nMaster's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
nMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience working in the construction industry — in office, in project management, or in a planning/controls capacity
nStrong working knowledge of construction workflows — planning, execution, scheduling, and project controls
nExcellent communication and presentation skills
nGood to Have
nPrior experience in a software, pre-sales, or technical consulting role
nFamiliarity with BIM tools
nExposure to project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
nKnowledge of Lean Construction principles and tools (Last Planner System, takt planning)
nExperience responding to RFIs or RFPs
nExisting network within the Delhi–NCR AEC ecosystem
