Job Description

a. Generate After Market (spares) as well as retrofit business.

b. Close watch on competitors activities.

c. Retain existing customers and hunt for recent potential customers.

d. Strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions.

e. Strong interpersonal skill to interact effectively with customers and internal team members.

f. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

g. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective new customers.

h. Preparation of sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.

i. Effective usage of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Strict adherence to company internal processes, compliances, guidelines. j.



Ability to translate technical expertise into compelling sales strategies and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

1 Job Title / Designation: Manager -Service Sales

2 Location: Bangalore/Chennai

3 Essential Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

4 Preferred Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA would be added advantage.

5 No. of years of Experience required: 10 to 12 years
