Job Description

The purpose of this position is to define and execute and enable the material cost reduction initiatives for SB-IN Products for India

ProductEngineering:
-Drive design change ideas measures through workshopsenabling RPP pipeline for successful implementation
- Adherence of Quality systems & BES methods during thedevelopment stage

Project & RiskManagement:
-Drive &adapt; agile methodologies (SCRUM) for projectmanagement
- Provide Information & data on projectperformance metrics to identify areas for improvement andenable for making data-driven decisions

QualityAssurance:
-Oversee aspects of quality during the MAT projectsimplementation across Value stream towards successful launchof product / component ideas

Stake HolderCollaboration:
-Provide technical and methodical expertise to key stakeholdersi.e. suppliers/partners,



internal Cross functional teams (CFTs) to enable Engineering Change Management process

CompetenceDevelopment:
-Obtain competencies in the functional area based on presentand future trends as per the business requirements

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of work experience

Additional Information

. Proficient knowledge about RB product development process, Project management and BES process
. Competent knowledge on manufacturing Process, Systems thinking (Thinking beyond boundaries),
Product functioning, assembly and Testing
. Proficient knowledge on standards/norms, Product design, material, reliability, system and vehicle
knowledge
