About the Role
The Production Head will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations of a high-volume, technology-driven printing and packaging facility. This role demands strong strategic leadership, deep operational expertise, and a proven track record in managing large-scale, automation-led production environments.
The incumbent will drive operational excellence, ensure optimal resource utilization, and deliver superior quality while managing plant P&L; and enabling scalability aligned with global business demands.

- Lead the entire production lifecycle including pre-press, printing, finishing, packaging, and dispatch.
