nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with MEP experience and a strong electrical background to develop, coordinate, and manage accurate 3D building information models. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed electrical system models, ensuring adherence to project standards, and supporting coordination with other disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural).

- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems including:n
- Power distributionn
- Lighting systemsn
- Cable trays and containmentn
- Fire alarm systemsn
- ELV systems (CCTV, access control, data)n
- Create and modify models using Revit MEP or similar BIM softwaren
- Coordinate electrical models with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplinesn
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar toolsn
- Resolve clashes and conflicts in collaboration with other disciplinesn
- BIM Execution Plan (BEP)n
- Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and qualityn
- Conduct regular model reviews and updatesn
- Manage BIM files, templates, and familiesn
- Maintain version control and data integrityn
- Generate BOQs and schedules from modelsn
- Assist engineers with design coordinationn
- Support construction teams with model insightsn
- Participate in project meetings and coordination reviewsn
- Robust communication and coordination abilitiesn
