nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a meticulous and proactive Editorial Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our UPSC category. The role is primarily editorial-focused (70%), with a strongemphasis on content quality, accuracy, and publishing workflows, while also contributing to marketing coordination (30%) for campaigns and promotions.
nKey Responsibilities:
nEditorial Responsibilities (70%)

- n
- Manage end-to-end editorial workflow for UPSC titles, from manuscript to print.n
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check manuscripts to ensure academic accuracy, clarity, and exam relevance.n
- Coordinate with authors, subject matter experts, and reviewers for content updates and approvals.n
- Ensure logical flow, consistency in language, formatting, and error-free publishing.n
- Maintain editorial calendars, deadlines, and version tracking.n
- Work with design and production teams for smooth handover of final files.n





nMarketing Coordination Responsibilities (30%)

- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content inputs (book highlights, features, USPs) for campaigns.n
- Coordinate with digital marketing for creatives, social media posts, and ads.n
- Assist in preparing marketing collaterals – one-pagers, catalogues, and presentations.n
- Support author events, educator tie-ups, and book launches.n
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine content positioning.n

nSkills & Qualifications

- n
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Journalism, Publishing, or related fields.n
- 1–3 years of editorial experience (publishing/edtech/education sector preferred).n
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and content curation skills.n
- Knowledge of UPSC/competitive exam ecosystem (preferred).n
- Good coordination and project management abilities.n
