nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with strong agency experience to manage multiple client accounts, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth.
nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal creative/performance teams, understanding client requirements, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
nThis is a client-facing, revenue-focused role for someone who can balance relationship management, campaign execution, and business development.
nKey Responsibilities
nClient & Account Management

- Manage a portfolio of multiple client accounts simultaneously.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build solid, long-term relationships.n
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital/social media strategies.n




- Conduct regular client calls, reviews, presentations, and performance discussions.n
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, content, reports, and other account deliverables.n
- Handle client feedback, escalations, and expectations professionally.n

nSocial Media & Campaign Management

- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.n
- Work closely with creative, content, strategy, performance marketing, and design teams.n
- Develop campaign briefs and ensure deliverables are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.n
- Track campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams to improve results.n
- Understand key digital marketing metrics and communicate campaign performance clearly to clients.n
