- Lead and manage your assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution of all dishes during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Prepare and cook menu items using fresh, high-quality ingredients while maintaining strict adherence to recipes and presentation standards
- Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a supportive environment where team members can grow and excel




- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, recipe refinement, and innovative cooking techniques that elevate our culinary offerings
- Maintain impeccable food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and kitchen protocols
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate ordering needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Organize and coordinate your section efficiently, ensuring orders flow seamlessly and service runs without interruption
- Work flexibly during peak service times, adapting to changing demands while maintaining composure and quality
