Strategic & Planning

- Develop a culture of continual improvement across manufacturing operations.
- Implement Teamcenter in Mechanical Engineering.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality.

Functional Responsibilities

- Conduct design reviews to identify manufacturing challenges and facilitate technical discussions before approving drawings.
- Perform risk assessment during the design phase.
- Define Make or Buy strategy for parts based on criticality to ensure RFT.
- Develop working standards, SOPs, routings, and manufacturing process designs for fabricated and machined components.
- Conduct work measurement and method studies to optimize existing processes.
- Lead current product execution projects.
- Design and develop jigs and fixtures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Generate cost-saving ideas and perform component cost estimation.
- Provide technical support to production and suppliers in development activities.
