RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and processing service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker or dealer operations, or client fund or stock groups
- Processes mutual fund and stock transactions and maintains shareholder records
- Thorough understanding of mutual fund and stock operations
- Accepts, records, processes, and troubleshoots requests from shareowners, institutions, NSCC, DTC, and broker or dealers
- Leads a team of technical, skilled, or professional staff working on moderately scoped projects requiring independent judgment
- Actively participates in team activities to resolve escalated issues and ensure timely completion of schedules
- Administers company policies and provides guidance and direction to team members, sometimes through team leads
- Recommends current procedures and policy improvements to achieve department goals.
