What You‘ll Do
Ad Creative & Performance Design
- Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and display campaigns.
- Create multiple variants for A/B testing with different hooks, CTAs, formats, and layouts.
- Iterate on designs based on performance feedback from the performance team.
- Build reusable templates and design systems that improve production speed without compromising quality.
- Develop performance-focused creatives that balance robust visual appeal with measurable results.

Social Media & Content Design
- Design across all formats including carousels, reel covers, stories, posts, thumbnails, banners, and other digital and printable assets.
- Maintain visual consistency across content calendars for multiple brands.
- Adapt creative for platform-specific best practices, including aspect ratios, safe zones, and text limitations.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and video teams to ensure design supports the overall creative direction and campaign goals.

Branding & Packaging Design




- Lead and support branding projects, including logo design, brand identity systems, colour palettes, typography, visual guidelines, and brand assets.
- Design packaging for products across print and digital mockups while ensuring consistency with the overall brand identity.
- Create client-facing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, presentations, and campaign reports.
- Ensure every design output aligns with established brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support new business pitches with high-quality visual concepts and presentation materials.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback, design direction, and creative guidance.
- Review creative work before delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Follow and improve design workflows, naming conventions, file organisation, and production standards.
