Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting selection decisions across various technical and non-technical positions. The Recruitment Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include posting job openings,



engaging with candidates through multiple channels, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting onboarding and basic training activities for current hires. The role also involves monitoring recruitment metrics, updating stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, using structured and fair evaluation methods.
Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and internal teams.
Experience supporting onboarding and training activities for new team members.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.
