HR Manager – Night Shift
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations for the US process. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of HR practices, employee management, compliance, recruitment, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the US process.
Handle employee relations, grievances, attendance, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented effectively.
Maintain employee records and HR reports.
Coordinate with management on employee-related matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable US HR policies and employment practices.
Monitor employee engagement, retention, and performance.




Handle HR escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and MIS.
Requirements
8–9 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience handling the US process is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to independently manage HR operations and escalations.
Comfortable working in a night shift.
Must be available for a 6-day working week.
