Role Description

Single accountable owner for a large multi-year localisation programme for a global medical device manufacturer, spanning human medical translation, machine translation post-editing across 16 language pairs, and a governed machine translation pipeline.
What you will own
• Own end-to-end delivery, service levels and client satisfaction across all three service lines of the programme.
• Chair the operational and management governance forums with the client, and represent White Globe in commercial and quality escalations.
• Hold the programme P&L;: volume utilisation against the annual commitment, capacity planning, and margin protection across language pairs.
• Direct the project management, quality, terminology and engineering functions supporting the programme.
• Own the change order process — identify scope movement early and convert it into a written change order before wor
