About the role
- Own the day-to-day running of the company — the operational, administrative and compliance work that keeps everything else moving
- A wide role, not a deep one. In a single week you might:
- Compare laptop rental quotes against the cost of buying outright
- Chase a T-shirt vendor for a delivery date
- Fill out a client‘s information security questionnaire with help from our tech team
- Update a policy document
- Some of it is engaging, some of it is repetitive — all of it matters, and someone has to do it well
- If you want a fixed, predictable task list, this isn‘t the role. If you like being the person who figures things out, it‘s a strong place to start a career

What you‘ll do:
Operations and vendor management




- Research options and make recommendations — for example, whether to rent or buy laptops, and what it would cost either way
- Find, evaluate and negotiate with vendors for printing, merchandise, welcome kits, office supplies and equipment
- Compare quotes on price, quality and reliability, then coordinate orders through to delivery
- Handle office logistics and anything else that comes up on the operational side, listed or unlisted

Compliance and IT coordination
- Manage ID cards, access and asset records
- Coordinate laptop configuration and device setup with our IT team
- Support information security processes and help maintain ISO-related documentation
- Complete client and vendor security questionnaires, working with technical colleagues to get the answers right
- Manage invoices, billing and uploads to client portals

HR and administrative support
- Maintain and update internal policy documents
- Support onboarding logisti
