Job Location: Bhopal

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage factory HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll administration, contract labour management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, Factory Act, EPF, ESIC, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities and maintain statutory records, licences, and timely compliance filings.
- Manage contractor compliance, audits, onboarding, and deployment of contract labour.
- Process monthly payroll, statutory deductions, attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements.




- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS, and implement factory HR policies.
- Address employee grievances and support healthy industrial relations.
- Coordinate HR compliance for WHO-GMP, Schedule M, ISO, customer, and internal audits.
- Conduct compliance awareness sessions and coordinate employee training programs.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Factory HR, Statutory Compliance, Payroll, and Contract Labour Management.
- Robust knowledge of Indian labour laws and factory compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with government authorities, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
