- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
- Design, configure, and implement network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Plan and execute network upgrades, firmware updates, system patching, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for network, server, and desktop-related issues.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewall policies, VPN configurations, access controls, and security best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, SOPs, and incident reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the support team.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for issue resolution, warranty claims, and hardware procurement.
