Job Title: Sr Business Development Manager - Customer Relations - US Market
nMUST HAVE: US Market experience is mandatory
nRoles and Responsibilities:
nWe're looking for a dedicated candidate who can primarily work on our existing Product Customer account for Professional Services.
nLooking for strong experience in managing B2B existing customer accounts for US Market, building long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.
nRequired Skills:
n· Valuable at Cold calling
n· Good understanding of SAAS Products.
n· Experience in Account Management
n· Good Experience in Cross Selling & Up Selling
n· Excellent experience in IT Services Sales
n· Good at Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
n· Excellent Client Retention skills
n· Experience in Stakeholder Management
n· Focus on Customer Success
n· Good Problem-solving skills.
n· Good working experience in US Market.
nExperience required: 10+yrs
