Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The ideal candidate will possess solid payroll accounting knowledge, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and employees to ensure seamless payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees with high accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Review and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, deductions, and benefits.
- Process final settlements, leave encashments, reimbursements, and bonus payments.




- Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation
- Prepare payroll journal entries and post transactions in the ERP system.
- Perform payroll-related General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve payroll account discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll, tax, labor, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation with strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide payroll-related information as required.

Systems & Process Improvement
- Manage payroll processing through ERP systems such as SAP.
- Support payroll automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
