The Role n
We’re looking for someone who knows how to bring people together — and give them a reason to keep coming back. n
This is not a desk-bound social media role. n
As Community & Experiences Manager at Latoya, you will be responsible for building an active community around the restaurant through events, collaborations, creators, partnerships, regular guests and cultural experiences. n
You should be someone who enjoys being out there — meeting people, building relationships, discovering communities, creating ideas and making things happen on ground. n
Your ultimate job is simple: n
Make Latoya one of the most socially alive and talked-about restaurant & bar destinations in Delhi. n
What You'll Own n
Events & Experiences n
- Conceptualise, plan and execute 4–6 meaningful events and activations every month n
n- Build formats around music, dance, culture, food, drinks, celebrations and collaborations n
n- Own the complete event journey — idea, partners/artists, promotion, RSVPs,



guest lists and on-ground execution n
n- Develop recurring event properties that can become synonymous with Latoya n
n- Track attendance, spend, revenue and repeat participation rather than organising events simply for activity n
Community & Partnerships n
- Build relationships with relevant communities across Delhi NCR — including dance and cultural communities, corporates, expat groups, creators, social groups and complementary brands n
n- Develop collaborations that introduce Latoya to new audiences n
n- Build a strong network of community leaders, event partners, artists and connectors n
n- Constantly identify new audiences and reasons for them to experience Latoya n
Influencers & Creators n
- Personally build and manage relationships with relevant Delhi creators and influencers n
n- Identify creators who genuinely fit the brand rather than chasing follower counts n
n- Organise creat
