nResponsibilities
nWill be responsible for:
n
- n
- Define and develop the overall visual style, tone, and artistic vision for 3D projects.n
- Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to a team of 3D artists, including modelers, texture artists, and animators.n
- Work closely with game designers, and developers to ensure the art aligns with project goals and technical limitations.n
- Define, develop, and maintain the 3D art pipeline and production workflow, ensuring efficient creation and integration of assets.n
- Review all art assets and deliverables to maintain high artistic quality and consistency throughout the project.n
- Create initial concepts, visual guides,



and storyboards to communicate the artistic direction to the team and stakeholders.n
- Ensuring all art deliverables are completed on schedule.n
- Stay updated on industry trends, recent software, and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices and innovate production techniques.n

nQualifications

- Education: A bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, animation, or a related field is typically required.n

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in 3D art production, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior artist role, preferably within the relevant industryn

nSkills and expertise
nTechnical skills:
n
- n
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, ZBrush).n
- Experience with texturing and sculpting tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Adobe Creative Suite).n
- A solid understanding of real-time rendering engines like Unity or Unreal
