nWe are seeking a talented Actuarial Manager to join our Analytics Solutions team at Marsh Risk Consulting. This role will be based in Mumbai / Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- You will work within the Analytics Solutions team of Marsh Risk Consulting, reporting to a Senior Manager or Director.n
- You will be responsible for leading, reviewing, and delivering client-specific analytics solutions that support risk and financial decisions.n




- You will perform a wide range of financial, actuarial, and statistical analyses to help clients quantify the risks they face and evaluate mitigation options.n
- You will typically lead a portion of projects independently, while also supporting senior team members on larger or more complex assignments.n
- You will review, guide, and delegate work to junior team members to help ensure high-quality delivery.n

- Perform actuarial, financial, and statistical analysis to assess and quantify client risks.n
- Examine client issues in detail, identify key drivers, and develop recommendations to support risk analysis and mitigation.n
- Work with internal teams and global colleagues to deliver practical, timely, and high-quality client solutions.n
