Key Responsibilities

n1. Visual Design & Editing
nCreate and edit visual assets for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, paid ads,
nwebsite banners, presentations, and print collateral. T

n2. Brand Storytelling & Content Development
nResearch visual references, contribute to mood boards and creative decks, and
ntranslate briefs into cohesive visual stories.
n
n3. Shoot Production & Content Capture
nPlan and execute photoshoots in collaboration with photographers, videographers,
nstylists, and marketing teams, while also being able to independently capture
nproduct shots, behind-the-scenes content, and quick-turnaround visual assets
nwhen required.

n4. Front-End Rollout & Asset Management
nOwn the rollout of visual assets across website and social channels, coordinate with
ninternal teams and external vendors, and maintain a structured digital asset library
nwith proper archiving and backups.
n
n5. Content Performance & Optimization
nTrack how visual content performs across platforms and use insights from
nengagement and audience response to refine future creative decisions, improve
ncontent effectiveness, and support ongoing campaign optimization.
