Government Business Development Manager – North India

n About the Role
nWe're looking for an experienced Government Business Development qualified to own and grow our presence across the entire North India region (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, HP, J&K;).
nThis is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how government works — from tendering and empanelment to building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across ministries, PSUs, and state departments.
nWhat You'll Do

- Own end-to-end delivery of government projects across North India.n
- Act as the primary liaison between government departments/PSUs and internal execution teams n
- Track and manage tenders, RFPs, and project bids on GeM, CPPP, and state procurement portalsn
- Handle approvals, permissions, and compliance required at various stages of project executionn
- Coordinate with government officials, department heads, and procurement committees to ensure smooth project progress and resolve on-ground bottlenecksn




- Manage project timelines, documentation, and reporting in line with government contract termsn
- Drive empanelment and vendor registration with relevant government bodiesn
- Work closely with internal teams (delivery, finance, legal) to ensure projects are executed on scope, time, and budgetn
- Monitor payment cycles, milestone billing, and government fund releases n
- Provide market intelligence on upcoming government projects, budget allocations, and policy/regulatory changes relevant to ongoing and future workn
- Build and manage relationships with local consultants/channel partners where needed for on-ground executionn

n What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in government project execution, liaisoning, or institutional project management n
- Strong existing network within North India's government ecosystem (state secretariats, PSUs, ministries, district-level offices)n
- Hands-on exp
