Responsibilities:
Track Work Supervision:
- Assist the Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) in the monitoring and supervision of all track works, including site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Safety & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure stringent safety protocols are followed during all track activities, especially when working with live rail traffic, and maintain high-quality standards for all installed track components.
Compliance & Training:
- Ensure compliance with Business Ethics and Compliance training.
- Ensure completion of Anti-Corruption training.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake any other work assigned by the Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) to support project objectives.
Profile/Skills
Education: Graduate Engineer.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar projects (railway track work).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Cultural Adaptability: Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to problem-solve, especially in an integrated project delivery workplace, applying industry best practices.
- Leadership: Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority. Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort, make independent decisions, and be an effective troubleshooter.
