Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with 5+ years of Service Delivery in ServiceNow projects.
- Robust expertise in core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM / CMDB/ HRSD, etc.).
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
- Experience in ensuring delivery quality through metrics-driven performance
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and financial targets are met for each project.
- Work with onshore counterparts to ensure timely submission of timesheets, project deliverables and customer invoicing.
- Solid understanding of Agile and ITIL methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)



are preferred.
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements from an offshore location, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for onshore stakeholders, managing communications, escalations, and expectations.
- Delivery quality oversight for a team of ServiceNow developers and testers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Managed Services or working with system integrators.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and integrations (e.g., Azure, AWS, API management).
