- Serve as a core member of the leadership team to define and drive technical direction, product roadmaps, and development strategies.
- Lead and provide strategic oversight for engineering teams, ensuring technical alignment, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across diverse technology domains.
- Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performance engineering team, creating future leaders within the organization.
- Promote the use of AI-enabled development practices to accelerate innovation and build intelligent systems.
- Partner with Delivery, and Business teams to ensure alignment between tech delivery and business outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and introduce relevant advancements to the development team.

Preferred Background & Experience:

- 15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.




- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).
- Proven experience in building and scaling high-performance solutions across various technology platforms.
- Demonstrated exposure and practical experience in AI-enabled software development is essential.
- Domain experience in any of the domains from Healthcare, Ecommerce, IoT or Fintech is a robust plus.
- Strong leadership in hiring, mentoring, and retaining engineering talent.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
