Role & responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities of a US IT Recruiter:
- Sourcing Candidates: Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for specific IT positions within US companies or for US-based projects.
- Candidate Assessment: Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role, often including visa types, if applicable.
- Interview Coordination: Arranging and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiating salary, advantages, and other terms of employment with successful candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
