- 4-5+ years in HR or Talent Development, experienced in large-scale initiatives with varied stakeholder landscape and change management.
- Skilled in creating career development frameworks and internal talent marketplaces
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Valuable systems orientation and hands on tools / systems experience is preferred
- Certification in one or more psychometric assessments (Hogan, MBTI, Disc, SHL or similar) is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a flexible and self-directed approach
- Bachelor s degree required; Master s in Business, Organizational Effectiveness / HR is preferred
