Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team as a Legal Executive or Associate Manager Legal. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate law and title verification processes and ready to work in a quick-paced, tech-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Draft comprehensive Title Opinions using the Maatrum proprietary platform.
- Interact with clients to understand their policy requirements, address queries, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
- Collaborate with Operations and Tech Teams to improve Turnaround Time (TAT), enhance process efficiency, and support product optimization.
- Ensure quality compliance with client credit policies and internal legal standards.
- Provide legal guidance and proactive solutions to internal teams for seamless report processing and challenge resolution.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master of Law (LLB / LLM)
- Preference for candidates with LLM from reputed public universities.

Experience: 8.00-13.00 Years
