Job description
- Pre and Post-contract stage estimation of Residential, Commercial & Industrial project.
- Preparation of BOQs and costing for tenders.
- Preparation of Budget and Estimation of projects at Concept, Schematic & DD stage.
- Rate analysis as per CPWD SOR with current market rates
- Detailed estimation in Pre-contract stage for DPR preparation
- Preparation of Tender documents (RFP & NIT)
- Bid Evaluation and assist in the selection process of qualified bidder
- Smart City project Package wise estimation and BOQ preparation for EPC mode of contract
- Change management and variation evaluation
- PEB Work BOQ, Estimation and RFP preparation for warehouses and industrial sheds.
Skills: PEB, Boq, Epc
Experience: 8.00-13.00 Years
