Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Implementation of 52 week PPM calendar for all machines and equipment's.
- AMC management with OEM's and external vendors.
- Upkeep and maintenance of earthing system.
- Ensuring DG/UPS back up.
- Ensure compliances related to all technical equipment's as per quality/ISO and pollution control board requirements
- Training of technical staff.
- Ensuring Energy saving and conservation measures.
- Tracking and monitoring energy, water, fuel consumptions and its analysis.
- Ensure seamless operations for all equipment's and machinery through service partner team.
- Liaoning with power supply/grid agency like MSEDCL or any other state or private power supplier during power outages/shutdowns.
- Ensure un-interrupted power supply from power from main grid.
- Ensure documentation related to audit requirement related to Quality, EHS and OHSAS. Maintaining records of all equipment and machine logs and history cards.
- Maintaining all documents and projects handing/taking over documents.

Skills: Iso, Ehs, Ppm, Ohsas

Experience: 3.00-6.00 Years
