nDesignation: Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate
nExperience: 1–6 Years (Process Associate/Analyst), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role.
nNotice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
nHCLTech is looking for professionals with experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Funds, Savings & Investments, and Policy Administration to join our growing Insurance Operations team.

- Process pension, retirement, and investment-related transactionsn
- Manage current business,



fund switches, income payments, surrenders, and top-upsn
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulationsn
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational SLAsn

nEligibility
n1–10 years of experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Operations, Savings & Investments, or Financial Services
nStrong written communication and customer service skills
nKnowledge of policy administration and back-office insurance operations
nImmediate to 30 Days notice period preferred
