nRole Description
nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer located in the Pune District. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing design layouts, creating detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with architects and contractors. The tasks also include selecting and sourcing FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), optimizing space planning, and ensuring all designs meet the functionality requirements of various projects.

- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to address functionality and aestheticsn

- Experience and skills in Architecture and creating construction drawingsn
- Knowledge and expertise in selecting and sourcing FF&E; for various projectsn
- Solid attention to detail and ability to balance budget constraints with design goalsn
- Proficiency in design software such as 3 d . max for high quality render SketchUp, or similar toolsn
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldn
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and project stakeholdersn
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and trends in the interior design industry is a plusn
