nAbout the Role
nZade Infra Builders LLP by Altland Group is looking for a Tele Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
nKey Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.n
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide customers with relevant project information.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property/project options.n
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.n
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.n




- Follow up with customers after site visits to support sales conversion.n
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/software.n
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.n
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.n
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.n
- 0–3 years of experience in tele-sales, telecalling, inside sales, real estate, or customer handling.n
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.n
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.n
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.n
- Valuable command of English and Hindi; Punjabi would be an advantage.n
