Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior NPD Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in the automotive sheet-metal manufacturing industry .

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete Current Product Development cycle , from customer requirement and feasibility through tool development, prototype, trials, PPAP, and successful production launch .



The role requires strong coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within quality, cost, and timeline requirements .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) activities from customer drawing/requirement to production.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, GD&T;, technical requirements, and feasibility .
- Coordinate APQP, PPAP, prototype development, trials, validation, and product launch .
- Prepare/review Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, work instructions, and other NPD documentation .
- Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchase, Maintenance, and Customer teams .
- Manage tool development, tool trials, prototype development, and process validation .
- Identify design and manufacturing feasibility issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor NPD project schedules and ensure on-time completion of dev
