nAbout the Role
nAerostar Edge is looking for a Sales Executive – Tele-calling to join our Sales & Admissions team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Contact prospective students and parents through assigned leads.
n• Explain Aerostar Edge courses, fees, duration, batches and learning formats.
n• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
n• Conduct telephonic counselling and generate centre visits/counselling appointments.
n• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into admissions.
n• Handle queries and objections related to courses,



fees, placements and admissions.
n• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
n• Achieve daily calling, monthly admission and revenue targets.
n• Coordinate with the Counselling, Admissions and Operations teams.
nWhat We're Looking For
n• Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply.
n• 0–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, admissions or related roles.
n• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
n• Comfortable speaking with students and parents.
n• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
n• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
n• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
nGujarati + Hindi + English communication will be an advantage.
