Job Title: Franchise Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and educational product (books) sales for Brainy Bears Play School. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in franchise sales, book publishing/distribution, or education sector sales, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Development:
- Identify and generate leads for recent franchise opportunities across targeted regions
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site evaluations for prospective franchisees
- Drive end-to-end franchise sales cycle (lead generation → negotiation → closure)
- Ensure proper onboarding and support to new franchise partners
2. Book Sales & Distribution:
- Promote and sell Brainy Bears curriculum books and learning materials
- Develop and manage distribution networks (schools, vendors, dealers)




- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for books and educational products
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
3. Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify new territories and growth opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand presence
- Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3–8 years in Business Development / Sales Preferred Background
o Franchise sales (education sector preferred)
o Book publishing, distribution, or academic sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and franchise development
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
