About the Role
nSales Leadership:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve business objectives in the assigned location.n
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales goals.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.n
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.n
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and provide insights for improvement.n
- Collaborate with the Sales Leaders to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for the assigned location.n

- Identify and prioritize target customers and prospects within the assigned location, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire recent business.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.n
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of our society management/visitor management solutions.n
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.n
