Client Manager / Account Manager – Banking Recruitment
Exp: 5-10yrs
Salary: 50 K Gross Salary per month (Negotiable)
Location: Chennai (ONLY CHENNAI CANDIDATES)
Look for candidates who have:
- Managed Banking clients/accounts from a recruitment consultancy.
- Handled end-to-end recruitment delivery for banking mandates.
- Managed a team of recruiters / delivery consultants.
- Acted as the primary SPOC for client requirements and escalations.
- Monitored CV submissions, interviews, selections, joining and TAT.
- Managed multiple banking accounts simultaneously.
- Worked with HR/TA Heads, Regional HR, Business HR and Hiring Managers.
- Owned account performance, productivity and client satisfaction.
- Ideally handled major clients n Banks.
